HIX Europe, the hospitality hub

A new edition of HIX Europe. The B2B event is moving to Excel London for a two-day event on November 25 and 26, entirely dedicated to hotel design

New edition, new venue, new experience. HIX Europe is back – a B2B event dedicated to hospitality design that, starting this November, is leaving its historic Islington location to move to Excel London: a central destination that will boost attendance and events. The two-day event (scheduled for November 25 and 26) already promises a rich and varied program, featuring exhibitions, talks, and installations, all with a single goal: to shape the future of hospitality interiors. The event will take place alongside AHEAD Europe, the hospitality industry’s leading awards program, held at Magazine London. Together, the two events will create a platform for hotel design, spread across two venues.

The theme for the 2026 edition is “Changes,” a title that immediately shines a spotlight on a central topic in the industry: the changes that are constantly at the heart of hotel design. Brands evolve, spaces transform, technology redefines how hotels operate, and guest expectations shift. Meanwhile, designers are continually rethinking how a hotel can look, be perceived, and function.
Through its initiatives, HIX Europe aims to support professionals in this evolution and, at the same time, inspire it.

The ever-expanding exhibition lineup features all sectors of interior design—from furniture to FF&E, including lighting, textiles, bathrooms, surfaces, technology, and accessories. Among the furniture brands present are Laufen, Hansgrohe Group, Contract Chair Company, Franklite, and Marset. Major hotel chains include Accor, Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Six Senses, and Rocco Forte Hotels.

Over the course of the two days, the program will feature conferences and insights from the most influential voices in the hospitality industry, immersive installations created by leading design firms, launches of new products and collections, as well as opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with the broader design community. The HIX Talks are, in fact, an essential part of the event, offering an opportunity to explore the ideas, trends, and transformations that are redefining hospitality in Asia, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa, and Europe. Architects and designers – including Jouin Manku, Elastic Architects, Muza Lab, Lind + Almond, Tatjana von Stein, and Goddard Littlefair – will share the vision behind projects such as Park Hyatt Tokyo, Delano Miami, Here. Maldives, The Newman London, The Dean Munich, and Mandarin Oriental Vienna. The program will also feature conversations with leading real estate developers and industry professionals.
