La Bottega Collective: redefining hospitality

A new global force in luxury hospitality has arrived. Tommaso Pacini's vision has given rise to La Bottega Collective, crafting bespoke experiences – from products to services – that embody a fresh concept of welcoming guests

More than just accommodation, hospitality is about creating evocative experiences, lasting memories, and a genuine sense of well-being and belonging. This is the ethos behind La Bottega Collective, a new platform dedicated to the world of luxury hospitality. It offers exclusive products and services that are redefining the very essence of a luxury stay. Born from the insight of Tommaso Pacini, La Bottega Collective unites a constellation of specialized brands under a single identity, all focused on creating tailored experiences. From comfort and ambiance to functionality and design, every detail is carefully considered to transform a simple stay into an unforgettable memory, a truly unique guest experience.

It’s the details that make the difference: beauty essentials, textiles, and accessories, as well as personalized services and experiences designed to anticipate every guest’s desire. With its holistic vision and bespoke approach, La Bottega Collective positions itself as a key partner in the high-end hospitality landscape.

This clear and ambitious vision took shape as Tommaso Pacini‘s project. Pacini is the CEO of La Bottega, a renowned name in luxury beauty essentials with over forty years of history. With the support of the investment fund Three Hills and the Ruffini family’s holding company, Ou(r) Group, Pacini initiated a targeted acquisition strategy among the sector’s most innovative companies, leading to the creation of La Bottega Collective.

The group includes notable names such as Beltrami, a luxury textile house based in Bergamo, Italy, founded in 1965 and now led by Cinzia Imberti, known for its artisanal fabrics. With entirely Italian production, Beltrami creates bespoke textile designs for hotels, spas, yachts, and residences worldwide. Vanity Group, an Australian company founded by Paul Tsalikis, is active in the beauty essentials sector, offering a range of services from research and development to production, design, and communication for the brands it manages under license, distributing in over 75 countries. Palatino, with offices in Hong Kong and Paris, is a pioneer in bespoke accessories (OS&E – operating supplies and equipment) and design consulting (through its Colosseo division) for luxury hospitality, founded by Bastien Le Coz, Gabriella Zavatti, and Olivier Vu.

Finally, White Privé is the new textile division developed by La Bottega Collective, dedicated to creating collections for the hospitality and retail sectors with bespoke products and licensed textile lines for fashion brands. With a consolidated turnover of over €200 million in 2024, over 900 employees, and over 15,000 clients served globally, La Bottega Collective is already establishing itself as more than just a group of companies. It’s a dynamic ecosystem, a fusion of identities, cultures, and skills that together are reshaping the concept of global hospitality.

Testament to this vision is the new showroom at Via della Spiga 46 in Milan, to be followed by showcases in New York and Dubai, cities that now house the head offices for the Americas and the Middle East. «The integration of our companies has united diverse cultures, perspectives, and talents, because we believe that integration is the true force of innovation», says Tommaso Pacini. «We will continue to pursue the path of integration between products and services, expanding our international presence. We are something that didn’t exist before: a unique place to find everything you need; a player capable of shaping hospitality experiences around people’s desires».
