Visionnaire opens a new chapter of global growth

Visionnaire strengthens its growth trajectory with record orders and a strong start to 2026. At the same time, the group introduces a new leadership structure to support international expansion and the development of high-end residential projects

Visionnaire is entering a new phase of development, supported by strong commercial results and an increasingly prominent role in high-end residential projects. The group has reached a record level of orders, totalling €55.2 million and marking a significant increase on the previous year.

This positive momentum reflects diversified international demand as well as the growing importance of the Projects division, which has become one of the company’s key drivers of growth. The volume of confirmed projects, together with those currently under negotiation, also provides a clear outlook for the months ahead.

Alongside its commercial expansion, Visionnaire has introduced a new leadership structure effective from April 2026. Matteo Pellegrini has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, taking responsibility for the group’s operational management and for guiding the company through its next stage of international development.

Another strategic step concerns the expansion of Visionnaire’s presence in the branded residences sector. The company has secured the exclusive real estate licence for The Longevity Suite, an international network of medical clinics and spa hotels dedicated to longevity and wellbeing. The initiative opens the door to new residential towers and compounds under the Longevity Suite brand in several regions worldwide.

Early 2026 has also brought encouraging signs, with Visionnaire recording a significant rise in orders in the first months of the year, driven by new residential projects signed in Italy, Poland, Spain and Egypt.

With record results and a renewed leadership structure, Visionnaire now appears well positioned to move into a more structured phase of growth, where the dialogue between design, hospitality and real estate will play a central role in strengthening the brand’s presence on the global luxury stage.
