Signature surfaces

For the Dubai Mall expansion by Kohn Pedersen Fox and CallisonRTKL, Atlas Concorde lends its resin- and concrete-effect surfaces to the project

Atlas Concorde’s surfaces, inspired by resin and concrete, feature prominently in the Dubai Mall’s new extension, located in Downtown Dubai beneath the Burj Khalifa. In the new China Town area, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and CallisonRTKL, porcelain stoneware becomes a key element in creating exclusive, striking spaces.

On the first floor, opposite the ice rink, the Prism collection in Prism Cloud and Prism Cotton resin-effect tiles stands out for its depth of colour and hand-finished spatula technique, offering cosmopolitan elegance. The shopfronts and areas evoking an Asian experience are enhanced by the Boost concrete-effect collection in the soft Pearl shade, bringing an urban chic touch with distinctly Italian style. Spatula-finished surfaces, soft to the touch and rich in detailed patterns, define original and memorable environments.
