The natural elegance of Poliform

The Magnolia collection creates evocative settings for outdoor environments, with wood as the discreet and refined protagonist

Poliform inaugurates a new era of outdoor living with its outdoor collection, an authentic celebration of contemporary design and artisanal savoir-faire specifically designed for outdoor living. Poliform brings its lifestyle and aesthetic universe outside through a collection that interprets the timeless elegance and sophistication that have always distinguished the brand. Furniture, furnishings, and accessories engage with outdoor spaces with the same sophistication as indoor settings, using an essential and harmonious stylistic language. A part of this dimension is the Magnolia collection, designed by Emmanuel Gallina.

The designer has participated in this new living project alongside Jean-Marie Massaud, Marcel Wanders, and Soo Chan: each of them offered their vision of the outdoor Poliform lifestyle, creating original connections between humans, nature, and landscape. Among the most evocative creations is Magnolia itself: a true ode to the beauty of nature, taking shape through fluid and soft lines inspired by the gentle movement of branches and the lightness of a falling leaf.

Every detail is a tribute to the purity of design and Poliform’s craftsmanship excellence, with a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. Wood is the undisputed protagonist, yet appears with a subtle presence that leaves room for natural elements. It is distinguished by two finishes: a light one that enhances the wood’s naturalness, and a dark one inspired by the Japanese technique Shou Sugi Ban, which increases its resistance through charring and bestows an aura of mysterious elegance.

It is also a homage to the timeless style of Cap Ferret homes, where the charm of charred wood blends with the surrounding landscape. Magnolia is already envisioned as a rich system designed for all outdoor spaces: armchairs, low chairs, a two-seater sofa, and a sunbed create relaxation and lounge islands for terraces, gardens, patios, and poolside areas.

With its warm and minimalist design, Magnolia accompanies other new outdoor innovations from Poliform, starting with the Monolith table: its sculptural presence in the environment is formed in Cementoskin®, making it tactile and extremely durable. Similarly, the Strata tables, with an equally tactile appeal inspired by mineral layers. The result of these compositions expresses a sophisticated and versatile proposal, an invitation to live outdoor spaces by creating new relationships with nature and design.
