Rimadesio: new openings

The brand’s distribution policy, together with its production and stylistic choices, are rewarded by the great success in terms of sales volume

Two exclusive directly managed flagship stores in Paris (October) and Miami (early 2025). Monobrand stores in Bilbao, Luxembourg City, Hanoi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Palma de Mallorca, Shanghai, and Warsaw by the end of 2024. The Rimadesio distribution network is being enriched, already consisting of more than 80 single-brand showrooms, 3 directly managed flagship stores, and a network of selected dealers operating worldwide, a success that follows in the footsteps of the economic record recorded by the company from Brianza in the first half of 2024. Or that is partly the reason for it.

Some data. Rimadesio closed the first half of 2024 with a sales volume close to 44 million euros, an increase of 3% compared to last year: turnover in Italy today represents 34% of the total, with an 8% increase in orders, while foreign turnover represents 66%, with an 18% increase in orders compared to 2023. “We are extremely satisfied with the results achieved, due to various factors including our strategy based on a hyper-selected supply chain and a solid network of monobrand stores”, explains Luigi Malberti, CFO Rimadesio.

The brand has long pursued the choice of adopting a short and highly specialized supply chain, 97% represented by suppliers located in Italy, of which 78% in Lombardy: a network interconnected with the Rimadesio headquarters, with advantages that are reflected in the reduction of the error rate on the execution of orders, in the reasoned purchase of materials and in the real-time monitoring of the production progress status.

“The Rimadesio product collection is the result of continuous technical, commercial, and stylistic research: the positive results are also due to the design versatility of our collection and the implementation of finishes and materials that meet the taste of our customers, such as raffia, the new marbles, and the taiga glass with a three-dimensional effect,” concludes Davide Malberti, CEO Rimadesio.
