A new space for Rimadesio in Milan

On historic Corso Sempione, seven windows display the new monobrand outlet by Giuseppe Bavuso, in collaboration with Habiform: a place where architecture and products become an inseparable entity

Close to the Arco della Pace and Parco Sempione, Rimadesio opens a new monobrand store in collaboration with Habiform: seven streetfront windows screening off a two-story space of 420 square meters. Envisioned by the architect Giuseppe Bavuso, art director of the brand, the space is based on one guiding principle: “For Rimadesio spaces are fundamental: the architecture, which forms a context of overall unity with the products, conserves a connection and consistency with the décor, a work of architecture in its own right.”

The outstanding features of the new project are the central partition in natural stone, with a material effect complementary to the polished glow of the collections, and the airy staircase in glass and natural oak. The colors are pale, the materials natural, including wood, marble and the new raffia. Past the threshold, space is provided for the best of the Rimadesio collection: sliding panels, systems and sideboards for the daytime zone, wardrobes, storage units, tables and personalized solutions, all based on essential design and a perfect balance of aesthetics and functional quality.

The lower level contains the R-Academy: a place where clients and professionals can engage in moments of training and in-depth exploration of technologies, materials and finishes – the immersive reality of Rimadesio, in continuing evolution.
