At the Milano Design Week, SieMatic presents elements that change appearance and functionality with a gesture

At the Milano Design Week, SieMatic presents the new SieMatic S2 Next Generation kitchen, the latest generation of the SieMatic SL handleless system, enhanced with unexpected functional and design elements: SieMatic SecretSpace, SieMatic SecretService and SieMatic SecretSlide.

SieMatic SecretSpace is the name given to the closed cabinet elements that can be transformed into an open system with a simple twist (the mechanism guarantees no vibration, allowing even the most delicate objects to be stored), while SieMatic SecretService is a push-open drawer hidden in the recess channel under the worktop, designed for storing flat and slender objects.

SieMatic SecretSlide is a countertop that slides open to reveal a second level where a hob or sink with a lowered tap can be placed. Not only that, but when pulled out from either side, the overlays lock into place and can be used with chairs as seating or as a larger worktop. An innovative kitchen concept that offers new versatility.
