A new start in Turin

Maxalto inaugurates its first single-brand store in Turin, Italy and Europe: a new milestone in the brand’s growth and development strategy

2023 is the year of Maxalto. The “modern classic” brand of the B&B Italia Group is experiencing a new renaissance that takes the form of a path of growth and enhancement that began in January and is gradually destined to expand. A new, fundamental milestone is the recent inauguration of the first Maxalto single-brand store in Italy and Europe, and Turin is hosting it.
In a very central location – Corso Matteotti, 3 – the store showcases through its four large windows the brand’s most iconic collections, such as the Apollo sofa, the Xilos table and the Caratos armchairs, alongside the new proposals: the Arbiter and Amoenus Soft sofas, the Despina and Cleide chairs.

Developed in collaboration with Pivatomobili – Alto Arredamento, the monobrand consolidates the brand’s development strategy, which officially began in January with the appointment of Italia Casalino as General Manager; this was followed by the participation at the Salone del Mobile.Milano with a stand of over 600 square metres entirely dedicated to the collection designed by Antonio Citterio. And again, the opening of the store in Vicenza together with Arclinea, a tribute to the high-end kitchen brand’s city of origin, up to the repositioning also in the States, where two stores have been inaugurated, respectively in Washington DC and New York, dedicating ample space to Maxalto with distinctive shop windows and ad hoc display areas.

“The elegance and charm of Piedmont’s capital city are a perfect match for the refined and timeless aesthetics of our brand,” says Italia Casalino. “After Milan and Vicenza, our mission to enhance the brand continues in Italy, in a market that is fundamental for us in terms of history, culture and tradition. I would also like to thank the Pivato family, who believed in the project and with whom I am delighted to begin this new successful journey.”
