Restyling of the Ca' del Bosco winery

Erbusco, Franciacorta | Falconi Architettura

The history of Ca’ del Bosco starts in 1968 in a forest of oaks and chestnut trees. Since then, the two initial hectares have become 280, scattered in 11 of the 19 townships of Franciacorta. The spaces of the winery have been revamped to enhance the wine-making facilities, and the internal structures have been redesigned by Falconi Architettura in a series of evocative spaces that celebrate the culture of wine.

New reception

The tour starts at the new Reception, completed in 2021, which with its circular form surrounding an oak tree becomes the symbol of the ‘bosco’ (forest) that gives the company its name. Next we pass through the Vintage Collection Tunnel, a caveau that connects the historic spaces of the winery to the Vinoteca, with its historic collection of wines produced since 1972.

Finally, from the Cupola of the Senses with its flattened vault and a setting formulated by Andre Guidot of the group {[(etica)estetica]anestetica}, we reach the majestic Prestige Immersion, a space of great visual impact resembling a giant overturned bottle, made with over 33,000 Cuvée Prestige bottles, empty and lit from behind.
