The echo of tradition

The charm of onyx comes to life in the new Marvel Onyx collection by Atlas Concorde, which generates a world of elegance and wellbeing, reflecting the shadings and luminosity of natural stone

In the new Marvel Onyx collection by Atlas Concorde a world of cultural references comes back to life, connected with the most authentic Italian identity. The architectural wonders that have made the history of our country, the unique and inimitable natural character of the stone in its landscapes, the fascinating artistry of workmanship: all these factors become sources of inspiration for a new collection of ceramic surfaces for interiors, offering the elegance, comfort and wellbeing typical of onyx, but with the advantages of ceramics in terms of application and performance.

Marvel Onyx expands the Marvel World project of the company, covering a wide selection of floors in porcelain stoneware and coordinated facings inspired by the most prestigious marble varieties of the Italian tradition. From Calacatta Extra to Grey Stone and Beige Mystery, the various surfaces in the line convey a lively realism of colors, grain and cloud effects of great visual impact. All the way to the new Marvel Onyx, which stands out for its particular lightness combined with deep nuances, in a refined alternation of subtle veins, slender fissures, inclusions and tonal variations that lend themselves to infinite juxtapositions, multiplying the possibilities of design and image. The replication of natural onyx also brings out the unique reverberation and luminosity generated in the stone when it meets light, enhanced by the smooth lapped finish.

Pales tones come to the fore in Marvel Onyx White, with a warm white base and crystalline ton-sur-ton veins, enhanced by touches of hazelnut that create a three-dimensional effect; Marvel Onyx Alabaster is based on golden onyx, with a refined champagne-color background matched with delicate nuances, topped by slim veins in shades of white and gold. Marvel Onyx Pearl plays with tones of pearl grey variegated with subtle white grain; Marvel Onyx Noir suggests a precious siliceous onyx with a compact black background, crossed by white veins that are also found in Marvel Onyx Sky, where the prevailing azure hue is enriched with darker shadings. Marvel Onyx Quartz, finally, is based on a natural stone from the Orient, with a distinctive pale rose color crossed by white lines.

Elegance and refinement are the earmarks of this new offering, which suggests an ethereal dimension embodied in the range of colors and amplified by the large formats of the slabs (120x278cm, joined by the modular sizes 60×60, 60×120, 120×120, 120×240). Whether for residences, retail venues or hospitality structures, Marvel Onyx creates an immersive setting of enveloping relaxation, generating an ideal of wellbeing in everyday spaces.
