In Dubai, a project that speaks Italian

From the partnership between MIRA Developments, an Emirati company, Trussardi and Luxury Living Group comes a project that brings Made in Milan style to the Middle East's most vibrant city

UAE-based MIRA Developments, together with Trussardi and Luxury Living Group (that designs, manufactures and distributes the brand’s furniture line Trussardi Casa), have announced a tripartite partnership to debut the Italian heritage fashion house’s first ever branded Residences.

Trussardi Residences will be located in the rapidly developing Al Furjan district in Dubai. Conceptualized in direct collaboration with the Maison, the residences will feature the brand’s home furniture line Trussardi Casa: a contemporary take on Italian elegance; an epitome of the modern Milanese lifestyle — innovative and progressive, yet rooted in heritage.

Trussardi Residences will create a premium living experience. Spanning across 11 floors, this complex is complemented by an additional 3 podium floors planned to accommodate parking, cafes, and retail spaces. At the core of this project lies an unwavering commitment to sustainability, with a focus on wood and stone as well as recycled and green materials.

The rooftop will feature a panoramic gym with unique equipment surrounded by lush gardens and a scenic running track. Residents will be able to enjoy a rejuvenating workout amidst a green oasis, right within their own homes.

Trussardi Residences will be furnished with special pieces from the Trussardi Casa collection. The furniture collection is guided by the House’s philosophies, and is rooted in Italian craftsmanship. Values that it expresses in a totally contemporary lexicon, relying on the voices of a varied group of designers: Carlo Colombo, the Maison’s historic signature, and then Leonardo Talarico, Elisa Ossino, Francesca LanzavecchiaMatteo Agati, Antonio Facco, Jimmy Delatour and Prem Sahib.
