The acquisition of the company helmed by Edi and Dino Orioli by the French group represents a consolidation of the Friuli-based brand on an international level

A merger has been announced between Pratic Spa, a company based in Fagagna, Friuli specialized in the design, production and marketing of awnings and pergolas, and StellaGroup, one of the leading European manufacturers of window closures, building access systems and outdoor sun protection devices, based in Toulouse, France.
