Ginori 1735, a scented shop-in-shop at Harrods

The prestigious porcelain brand sets up a special space entirely for home fragrances in the department store that is a symbol of London

Ginori 1735 and Harrods join forces to bring one of the cases of Italian excellence in the luxury and lifestyle sector into the British capital. The brand has just opened its first “home fragrance concept” inside one of the most iconic locations for shopping in the world.

The new space has been created in collaboration with United Perfumes, one of the leading companies for the home fragrances and perfume market, located inside the Home Fragrances Room of the department store. The result is a shop-in-shop inspired by the iconic decoration Oriente Italiano, for a presence that consolidates the brand’s international identity.

The protagonists of the opening of the new Ginori 1735 point of sale at Harrods are two prestigious collections.

The first is LCDC – La Compagnia Di Caterina, inspired by Caterina de’ Medici and offering scented candles of different sizes and colors, incense burners, fragrance dispensers and candle snuffers. A summary of the figurative tradition of Ginori 1735, seen from a contemporary viewpoint thanks to the interpretation of the designer Luca Nichetto.

The second outstanding collection is Profumi Luchino, produced in collaboration with the English artist and designer Luke Edward Hall. Five scented candles, a voyage through the artist’s best-loved locations, accompanied by a plate, a personal caddie and “Luchino’s Souvenirs,” objects in porcelain that become memories of an imaginary journey.
