Audi: a new future

For Design Miami/, Audi has invited the Argentine designer and artist Andrés Reisinger to create an immersive, experiential installation based on the concept “grandsphere”

In the context of Design Miami/, the most important event on collectible design, the collaboration between automaker Audi and the artist-designer Andrés Reisinger – whose works focus on a new definition of augmented reality, summing up the digital and physical realms – has reimagined the future through immersive experiences where the protagonists are human beings.

The fulcrum of the project is the Audi “grandsphere” concept, an embodiment of the premium mobility of the future, from which Reisinger has developed the idea of comfort, leisure time and relaxation translated into an immersive setting to convey these sensations.

The result is a surreal and experiential space made of new textures, lights and forms: an imaginative place where the boundary between reality and artifice becomes imperceptible.

Audi believes in working together with like-minded people to create meaningful and fascinating experiences that will shape premium mobility and design. Together with Andrés Reisinger we will explore a sphere beyond a physical installation, digitally re-interpreting interior design,” says Henrik Wenders, senior vice-president at the helm of the Audi brand. In the spirit of the new generation.
