Wellness on a domestic scale

Wellness enters the home and transforms bathrooms into places of relaxation, thanks to design, versatility and innovation

Saunas, Turkish baths, wellness showers and everything that might contribute to make a spa into a magical place for physical and mental regeneration. Now in décor elements perfectly inserted in the home, and especially in the bathroom.

Designed by Cristiano Mino for Starpool, the new collection inspired by the Orient is composed of the Shade Sauna, Shade Steam Room and Shade Shower (on cover), for private use. Shade Collection establishes a dialogue with its surroundings, alternating glass partitions and screening panels made with wooden slats. The back wall of Shade Sauna is crafted like fine paneling, and the seats are essential monolithic volumes. Shade Steam Room also features monolithic elements for the benches, with a structure in black metal. Like the back wall, the benches are made in ceramic material, in pale or dark stone colors. Shade Shower creates perfectly organized sauna and steam bath combinations.

Sauna Bio Level by Kinedo

Sauna Bio Level by Kinedo

The Bio Level Sauna by Kinedo permits dual use: as a traditional Finnish sauna or as a Bio Sauna. The Bio Sauna has less intense heat and a higher level of humidity for longer stays inside the unit. The Bio Level Sauna is available in six standard sizes, but Kinedo also offers solutions made to measure for a personalized design.

Aura by Treesse, Design Marc Sadler

Aura by Treesse, Design Marc Sadler

Aura, the sauna created by Marc Sadler for Treesse, takes its cue from traditional Finnish rituals, where wooden cabins are outfitted with seating and a stove with volcanic stones, producing high temperature levels. Aura is made with spruce wood, a material that absorbs and retains heat, ensuring optimal thermal performance. Elegant openings in the walls with LED fixtures provide soft, immersive lighting, adjusted by means of a touch panel. In a corner against the wall, in the center of the room or inside a niche, the sauna comes in various sizes and is also ideal for small spaces.

Sasha by Jacuzzi, Design Alberto Apostoli

Sasha by Jacuzzi, Design Alberto Apostoli

Sasha is the new version of wellness space in just 8 square meters, created by the architect Apostoli for Jacuzzi®. Sasha offers clean forms and elegant finishes through the use of solid wood, steel and glass, and an outer frame made entirely in Corian®, also found in the hammam module. The sauna, emotional shower and hammam modules have been created for individual use or different combinations.

Zen Hammam by Megius

Zen Hammam by Megius

Megius presents two wellness solutions: Zen Idro and Zen Hammam (in photo). The presence of 6 mm glass brings light and airiness to the structure. The internal walls are made with layered aluminium panels with water-repellent coating, resistant to wear and water. Inside, the built-in seating in iroko wood provides an experience of complete relaxation. In the Zen Hammam (photo), besides the Zen Idro functions, an on-off button for the Turkish bath and color therapy is provided.

One & Plus by Sunshower

One & Plus, Round collection by Sunshower

The Sunshower series now includes the Round line, in the One and Plus variants. Sunshower is the special panel installed inside a shower cabin or Turkish bath, which provides the benefits of sunlight in just a few minutes. Designed for wet spaces, Sunshower is composed of lamps that emit infrared and/or UV rays, in a configuration for total safety. Sunshower Round offers the variants One, with infrared lamps, and Plus, also providing low levels of ultraviolet light.

O3 by FIMA Wellness, Design Davide Vercelli

O3, FIMA Wellness collection by FIMA Carlo Frattini, Design Davide Vercelli

FIMA Carlo Frattini has created FIMA Wellness, an exclusive line of shower systems that transform the bathroom into an area of extreme relaxation and personal care. O3 by Davide Vercelli has an extremely recognizable style thanks to the combination of a cylindrical body that emits the water, with an L-shaped support element, for three types of flow: Rain, Laminare and Cascata.

A.Zeta by Newform, Design Alberto Apostoli

A.Zeta by Newform, Design Alberto Apostoli

For Newform A.Zeta, Alberto Apostoli has designed a shower head with a profile in segmented steel, similar to a graphic sign where the motif of running water has been imprinted: the flow is accompanied by designed slopes and becomes easy to personalize, in the rain or cascade modes. Available in shiny chrome or satin finish, or in the colors white and black.

Aline by F.lli Frattini, Design Marco Piva

Aline by F.lli Frattini, Design Marco Piva

Aline, the new series of faucets designed by Marco Piva for F.lli Frattini, is ideal for all wellness spaces, from luxurious private bathrooms to exclusive spas. The slim cylindrical body rises from a light, slender square base. The handle, without cuts at the back, is an alternating block of triangles. The ultra-slim spout has adjustable emission and an aerator for savings of water consumption (up to 6 liters/minute), as required by regulations. The wall-mounted shower head is also innovative, offering two functions: a uniform spray, or a single flow that produces an enveloping, pleasant and transparent flow, placed at the center of the shower head surface.
