Reflet by Mirage, a winning debut

The project launched during Cersaie 2022 and conducted by the company together with the architect Andrea Boschetti has received the ADI Ceramics and Bathroom Design Award

The Reflet collection of reflecting surfaces in porcelain stoneware presented by Mirage in a preview at Cersaie 2022 offers an architectural material that stands up to weather, and can hence also be used for façades.

The project is the result of two years of research conducted by the company together with the architect Andrea Boschetti, in order to develop an innovative technology. The collection has received the prestigious ADI Ceramics and Bathroom Design Award.

“A product of great decorative quality with multiple reflection effects that link back to a tradition from the 1700s. The results have been achieved through complex workmanship, relying on local expertise,” the award’s jury remarked.

Reflet comes in a single format, 200×600 mm, with three metallic tones and two finishes: Antique, with an aged effect, and Sketch, with reflecting graphic signs that stand out on a matte base, crossing it like rapid pencil strokes.

The collection lends itself to indoor use as well, making the reflection of the space into an integral part of the building. It opens the way for a new conception of architecture, which visually blends with the landscape, becoming part of it in a tactful way. To bring a new tone into interiors, Reflet conveys light to spaces and perspectives in a fascinating way. With all the technical advantages of porcelain stoneware, from durability to easy cleaning.
