The desire to take the stage

Though usually at the edges of things, walls are taking center stage thanks to coverings that capture the gaze with iridescent hues, Deco patterns, chromatic contrasts and games of light and shadow

Wallpapers and ceramic surfaces enhance walls, thanks to the use of color, the third dimension, patterns and subjects that often link back to the world of nature. Besides good looks, every surface stands out for fine craftsmanship, and for special patented systems that enable adaptation to wet zones, or personalization for architects and interior designers in search of maximum creative flexibility.

Instabilelab, the Venetian brand that reinterprets the concept of wallpaper and all surfaces for indoor living, presents Milano Collection. The wallpaper collections stand out for haute couture characteristics, with ten graphic designs available. On cover, Jardin combined with the Carpetia Royal rug.

Mixed by Ragno

Mixed by Ragno

The designer Maria Gomez Garcia concentrates on nature for the WET System 2022 wallpaper by Wall&decò, in the Ubud version. Leaves, seeds, blossoms, tropical plants create an overview of oriental autumn. Thanks to the patented WET System the wallpaper is waterproof, ideal for zones with high humidity levels.

Dreamy visions in lush forests for Mixed by Ragno, a collection of coverings with a very light surface in white clay, with thickness varying from 6 to 8 mm. The collection is the result of research on art and ceramic technology, mixing botanical designs with pastel colors and 3D structures. Five cement-base and six marble-base colors, available in the format 40×120 cm, are joined by floral patterns in large formats – 80×120 and 40×120 cm – to trigger extremely refined and trendy effects.

FAP Murals by FAP Ceramiche

FAP Murals by FAP Ceramiche

FAP Ceramiche has been investing for some time now only the emotional aspect of products. Theatrical wallcoverings are the focus of the FAP Murals collection: a tribute to the force of nature and an expression of the most exuberant fantasies. A collection based on a return to chromatic and décor dynamism, featuring glossy lacquer on matte backgrounds.

Divina Collection by Glamora

Divina Collection by Glamora

Glamora presents Divina Collection, a series of wallcoverings presenting scenarios freely inspired by Art Deco, and the sophisticated atmospheres of the “Great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The wall decorations are made on GlamSatin, a material developed specifically by the company to suggest the light movement and glow of silk. Divina Collection offers 14 subjects, often portrayed on staggered planes for an original effect of visual depth.

Volume by Ceramica Bardelli, Design Storage Associati

Memoria Crogiolo by Marazzi takes the ceramic tradition back onto tiles with a handmade effect, obtaining 3D surfaces, games of light and shadow, shaded graphics and glossy-matte contrasts. Available in a single format of 15x15cm, the series combines shiny tiles with references to classic and traditional motifs.

Games of light and shadow for the Volume collection, based on the collaboration of Ceramica Bardelli with Storage Associati of Milan. The project consists in the creation of four types of extreme bas-relief structure and an installation scheme in relation to the module envisioned by the designers, for positioning on the wall. The support is composed of monoporous white clay in a format of 10 x 40 cm, with a thickness at the base starting from 8 mm and reaching 18 mm, and a total of six colors.

Moiré collection by Élitis

Moiré collection by Élitis

Moiré, the Élitis collection for 2022, is entirely made in a traditional French workshop. Each piece is unique, and the thick weave of the fabric adds a rugged, structured appearance, while the colors developed specially to create spectacular effects suggest the world of nature.

Fluidosolido by Laminam

Fluidosolido by Laminam

Fluidosolido by Laminam is a unique product, only in blue with a polished finish, created for emotional engagement and obtained through controlled expansion of the poured pigments. Slabs that establish a dialogue, also with other materials and the spaces in which they are deployed, transforming them into true architectural ecosystems. Particularly those of the world under the sea, where the blue of the water brings to mind depths full of various kinds of wildlife. (In the image, application on the floor of the product made in the context of Casa Decor 2022).

Alchemy collection by Caesar

Alchemy collection by Caesar

Alchemy is the collection by Caesar that explores the beauty of metal, in tune with the chromatic effects created on the surface by oxidation. The Lux version is a glossy, reflecting finish, countered by the opaque, material allure of Matt. Alchemy stands out for its intense colors: from the luminous white of Frozen to the intense gray of Argent, from Mint green to the trendy blue of Navy, all the way to tones of Copper or the anthracite of Magnet.
