USM Haller: a world all in pink

True Pink is the new limited edition of the Swiss brand specialized in modular office furnishings (and more)

First of all comes comfort. Combined with the desire for an appealing habitat through avant-garde design. These are the key terms of USM Haller, a Swiss family-run company founded in 1885, specializing for 50 years in the production of modular furnishings that offer infinite configuration possibilities, ideal for the office but also for other situations.

Today USM is presenting an all-pink limited edition, True Pink, already launched as an installation during Milano Design Week in the Brera district, in collaboration with the magazine Monocle and the Rossignoli bicycle shop.

The color – absolutely unprecedented for this type of product – as associated with warmth, joy and optimism, and has been chosen by USM precisely to make people think about the meaning of comfort and the importance of color in design and architecture.

True Pink is a mini-collection composed of a bar trolley, a TV trolley, a drawer unit and two home office solutions, for a total of 2022 pieces, now available on the brand’s e-commerce channel in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France and Austria (while supplies last).

Elegant and advanced, the system developed in 1962-65 has become an icon of modernist design and art, featured in the permanent displays in the Design Collection of the MoMA in New York since 2001. The unique quality of this design classic by USM Haller lies in its modular system: the possibility of dismantling the structure, redesigning the furnishings and adapting them to any interior and any use, without compromises. This is made possible to a special spherical joint patented in 1965, which is now the symbol of the brand.
