The force of the network

The program of encounters and conferences of HD Expo + Conference: three days full of ideas. A major moment of updating and in-depth discussion, for a wide-ranging professional audience

One of the strong points of HD Expo + Conference, the biggest event on hospitality in the United States, is its program of encounters and conferences taking place throughout the days of activity. For three days, over 150 innovators and leaders selected for their visionary thinking about the world of design will share their experiences on topics (over 40 themes) ranging from changes in the market to sustainability, wellbeing in the workplace and many other issues. A program developed for a wide-ranging professional audience: interior designers, architects, hotel operators, restauranteurs, investors and real estate developers.

The contributions will be staged in three separate areas: HD Park, with a focus on the world of outdoor living; DesignWell Pavilion (a project by INC Architecture & Design), where the central focus will be on themes connected with wellbeing and sustainability; and the HD Social Hub (produced by 21c Hotels), where the topics shift from lifestyle and its defining elements to the lessons we have learned from the pandemic. An atmosphere of sharing of ideas and inspirations, with encounters featuring outstanding speakers to explore and explain major global trends. All the sessions of the DesignWell Pavilion and the HD Social Hub are open to the public, without the need for reservations.

Among the personalities taking part in the cycle of talks: Glenn Nowak (Associate Professor in Architecture, University of Nevada Las Vegas), Greg Keffer (Partner and Studio Leader, Rockwell Group), Rafael Micha (Managing Partner and Founder, Grupo Habita), Marquise Stillwell (founder of Openbox), Jay Stein (Chief Executive Officer, Dream Hotel Group) and Kavitha Iyer (Head of Design, IHG Hotels & Resorts).
