Two boutiques for Dolce&Gabbana Casa

In Milan, on Corso Venezia and Via Durini, two exclusive locations host the home décor universe of Dolce&Gabbana

Already at the preview, in August in Venice, the Casa collection of Dolce&Gabbana revealed all its richness: in terms of colors and materials, as well as décor suggestions. Over 300 pieces – sofas to bar cabinets, tableware, candles and cushions – conveyed a complete overview of the company’s ideal habitat, in perfect tune with its style and inspirations: the Sicilian Cart, Mediterranean Blue, Leopard and Zebra patterns. Just one showroom could not suffice to contain this kaleidoscopic universe, with its Mediterranean aromas and echoes of Sicilian folklore.

Dolce&Gabbana has therefore opened its first two boutiques, choosing Milan, the design capital, for an exclusive overview of the Casa collection: at Corso Venezia 7 visitors can see the furnishing complements, while at Via Durini 23 they can experience the furniture offerings.

Cushions in twill and duchesse, printed quilts, Murano glassware blown and crafted by hand, Sicilian ceramic plates for a complete table setting, scented candles and lacquered wooden accessories, in a tribute to excellent Italian craftsmanship. With simplicity and harmony, the boutique on Corso Venezia bears witness (in 1218 sqm) to the art of living according to the brand.

The same interior design approach is seen in the Dolce&Gabbana boutiques around the world, with the same architectural and stylistic solutions. Such as the widespread use of basaltina, the volcanic stone that clads the perimeter frame and the steps leading to the upper level: here the display fixtures are in lacquered wood and black glass, in contrast with the whiteness of the ceilings. LED panels present site-specific multimedia content, introducing a vividly contemporary attitude in relation to the traditional themes of the brand.

From the large fabric sofas to the tables in lacquered oak, all the way to the accessorized bar cabinets, the furnishings of the Dolce&Gabbana Casa collection are on view in the boutique at Via Durini 23, created in partnership with Luxury Living Group.
