Giorgetti | Battaglia announce that it has been selected as the global exclusive interiors partner for Christian A. Rockefeller and C.A. Rockefeller branded properties.
The brands, owned by Pocantico Group, are expanding onto Branded Real Estate aiming to develop luxury lifestyle communities, hospitality, health and wellness and commercial developments, all sustainable, eco-friendly and well-being oriented.
The first project will be located in The Costa del Sol in, Spain and was brokered by its branding agency Brands Lab International, which is based in Miami with offices in Munich, Dubai, and Portugal.
The Sotogrande development (by ICICB Developments) will consist of an 18-hole golf course, short course, and elite practice facility surrounded by ultra-luxury villas, a boutique hotel, and luxury condominiums. Ample space will be dedicated to a state of the art club house and common spaces where Christian A. Rockefeller intends to host art exhibitions of established and young artists from around the world.
