That of the sommier Dorothy, for example, is refined and linear at the same time, padded and enhanced by light stitching to create rhythmical geometric effects, accompanied by a simple, rigorous border and metal feet that generate an overall sense of clean form. The forms become softer and more organic in Alba, a bed whose headboard displays an original core in solid wood, covered with woven cowhide cords. The lightness of form and image returns in the Callas chair with its sinuous profile, featuring soft covering that can be decorated by patterned stitching on the back.
