The double identity of Ludovica Mascheroni

An investment of over a million euros and more than one year of work: ‘L’Appartamento’ is a new showroom in the center of Milan, to definitively embody the brand’s dual personality: home décor and luxury couture

The winners are beauty, Italian craftsmanship and great attention to detail. Ludovica Mascheroni, a Brianza-based company specialized in premium furnishings and apparel, gets beyond the doldrums of the pandemic and opens a new boutique-showroom in the heart of Milan’s fashion quad, at Via Gesù 13.

A unique concept at a single address, concentrating two themes of excellence of the company, with an investment of over one million euros. Not just a shop, but a true home.
An apartment where you can find clothing and one-offs made by the expert craftsmen of the company, where everything can be made to measure, from garments to furnishings, in a context of maximum personalization. An experience which Ludovica Mascheroni recommends should be lived at a slow pace, completely immersed in a welcoming atmosphere, where even the most demanding customers will feel pampered and right at home. The 250 sqm space on three levels has a warm, elegant atmosphere, where each level is organized with a different type of wood.

Oak is the protagonist of the ground floor, revealing the company’s skill in the construction of wardrobes and cabinets, utilized here to display the men’s and women’s apparel, also visible from the outside thanks to windows featuring the iconic objects of the brand, like the trunks for storing sweaters in greige pinstripe oak.

Maple delicately accompanies the displays of womenswear on the first floor, where the suite becomes a fitting room and guests enjoy the intimacy of a private home thanks to a dining area with hideaway kitchen, and a living area furnished with sofas, armchairs, a new automated bookcase model and artistic paneling.

Finally, cedar clads the basement, set aside for menswear, with wardrobes and a closet, as well as a lounge area with a bar cabinet and herbal teas.
“We wanted to create not just a shop, but a place that would speak our language, narrating our company and bringing out the excellence the work of our artisans – says Fabio Mascheroni, owner and founder of the brand together with his wife, Roberta Caglio. – The basic idea of our project is to welcome customers into a space that conveys the idea of home, honed with great attention to detail, where they can have an experience of our furnishings and apparel, with all the comforts, atmosphere and dilated time that only an apartment can offer, featuring the finest furnishings and garments.”
