On the low hills that extend softly towards the sea in Sicily, in the Agrigento region, the first group of private villas designed by ASA studio albanese. Twenty units, out of the 80 planned, all different from one another and placed in the proximity of the luxury leisure complex of Rocco Forte Verdura Resort, of which they are a part. The area is close to the Arabian and Norman sights of Sciacca.

Light and socializing are the key factors of all the buildings, in an architectural approach shaped to adapt to all the elements, for maximum enjoyment of what this location has to offer. The houses, spread across an area of over 230 hectares, make respectful use of the materials, colors and construction techniques of the region, a genius loci that is nevertheless expressed through a contemporary lexicon that combines comfort and design with suggestions of the Mediterranean tradition.

The large windows face the bay, allowing sunlight to flood the spaces, which are always protected in the warmest hours by a series of deep verandas and the play of volumes that generate shady zones. These strategies make the outdoor zones into true living rooms, ample and comfortable, facing the striking panorama in a constant relationship of indoor-outdoor fluidity and continuity.

The interior design, developed with extreme attention to detail by ASA together with Olga Polizzi, Director of Design of Rocco Forte Hotels, offers generous spaces filled with custom creations, alongside design pieces by companies like Poliform, Ethimo, Meridiani, Artemide, Flos. The residences are available in four types: Agata and Smeraldo, with three bedrooms; Topazio and Corallo, with four.
