The rock’n’roll spirit of Scavolini

The collaboration between Scavolini and Diesel Living continues to produce results, in projects for the kitchen – Diesel Get Together Kitchen – and the bathroom, Misfits Bathroom, for an increasingly cosmopolitan audience

“Italy’s best-loved” furniture company has a rock’n’roll spirit. Seen in the fertile collaboration between Scavolini and Diesel Living, which has produced success after having identified the needs and desires of consumers who are citizens of the world. Once again, the latest kitchen and bathroom projects embody an inclusive, friendly and informal lifestyle, with great attention to detail.

The key word is personalization, as the starting point for the Diesel Get Together Kitchen and the Misfits Bathroom, interpreted in many configurations that combine materials and colors – on doors, tops, borders and glass – to generate a setting of forceful contemporary charm. The kitchen is increasingly a place of socializing, and the Diesel Get Together Kitchen – an evolution of the remarkably successful Diesel Social Kitchen collection – wagers on blocks of color and materials that trigger a hybrid with the living area, for fluid spaces that offer an unusual convivial experience of everyday comfort. This ‘passage’ is facilitated by the Misfits storage elements in coated metal, a system that erases the distance between the kitchen and the living room with freestanding elements like trolleys, tables, sideboards, grafted into the composition. Versatility rhymes with modernity thanks to new colors and textures and three new handle types, one built-in and two bridge models, with a titanium finish. By adding details with an industrial look, like metal parts and exposed bolts, with infinite juxtapositions of materials for the new worktops, the final results are always different, always personalized.

The ease of combination of the Misfits is also a strong point in the Misfits Bathroom, a concept that becomes an opportunity for dynamic mixing of various components to create an unlimited furnishing system. The forms of the trolley and the sideboard, in this case, are revised to contain the washstand and enhanced by mirrors, hanging cabinets and shelving, reflecting the unique character of a collection that works perfectly in both residential and contract settings. Scavolini’s path of internationalization continues, with the aim of conveying the company’s values to a wider audience than ever before.
