Wall&decò: the evolution of tailor-made

Studio is the new consulting service of Wall&decò for professionals working on complex, unique projects. Like the ones completed inside Eataly, in London and Milan

There are no longer any limits on creativity and design, now that Wall&decò has officially announced its expert consulting services. The program is known as Studio, a service made available to architects and designers, directly guided by the company’s creative team which relies on extensive experience and know-how to provide, and completely package, wallcovering solutions of high sartorial quality.

Wallpaper is the main focus, of course, as an expression of contemporary decoration, shaped and personalized down to the smallest details to meet the needs of clients. Personalized in terms of colors, sizes and modified graphics from the collection, all the way to the creation of totally new patterns and effects. The results are always based on collaboration between Studio and the professional, to find unique, coherent stylistic solutions.

“Our mission is to offer value to the architect, including extreme customizing of all our graphics – says Christian Benini, creative director and founder of Wall&deco. – The evolution of custom design finds its proper space in Studio. Our motto is to think together with people who think big.”

This kind of close collaboration is evident in the projects for Eataly, a brand that markets Italian culinary excellence around the world. In the London store, visitors certainly notice the dramatic wall, 13 meters high, which crosses the levels, leading to the wine department. The design of Treillage, already adorned with vine shoots, has been completely reworked with brighter colors and handmade drawings of bunches of grapes. This has been a successful response to the client’s desire for an on-demand installation that reflects the refinement and tradition of Italian wine.

La Isla Bonita by Wall&decò – Eataly Milano Smeraldo

Inside Eataly Milano Smeraldo, as part of a revision of the spaces with a new, more intimate atmosphere, the choice as gone to the graphics of Exotic Damier, mixing a geometric checked motif with floral inserts, and La Isla Bonita, a grosgrain piquet effect alternating with fragile leaves. Both patterns have been reproportioned for the walls. The stylistic variety offered by Wall&deco, together with the expertise of Studio, reveal their potential in the world of contract furnishings, with its growing demand for customization.

“Our collections are created by outstanding talents – says Christian Benini – big names in design with whom we are proud to be working. But they also speak a language of infinite possibilities, allowing wallpaper to fully exercise its role: to enhance, adorn, complete and interpenetrate the space of its deployment, though an action of imagination.” It is possible to set up a session with a team of experts, in the area set aside for Studio Design Service at www.wallanddeco.com
