The Central Tower: the comforts of home, but with hotel services

In Milan, between the cathedral and Piazza San Babila, 60 serviced apartments designed to measure, with luxury hotel services

Comfortable, private and personal, like being at home, but with the services of a luxury hotel, a concierge and a rooftop for events and private parties. These are the serviced apartments of the Central Tower, in the center of Milan between the cathedral and Piazza San Babila, offering completely furnished units for short stays or long periods, with typical hotel facilities already included in the rent, and the kind of seclusion only a private residence can offer.

Sixty apartments, from studio to penthouse, designed to measure with personalized interiors, located inside an existing rationalist building designed by the studio BBPR (Banfi, Belgiojoso, Peressutti, Rogers) and renovated by Citterio-Viel. A new residential development based on the partnership of Milano Contract District and More+Space for the home interior design, TopLife Concierge for the typical 5-star hotel services, and Abitare Co., the real estate brokerage firm that has handled the promotion.

“The Central Tower is an unprecedented habitat format on the Milan scene, which will set a new trend in residential real estate in Italy, conceived for both direct users and investors, with a perspective of future rentals for short stays or medium periods,” says Lorenzo Pascucci, founder of Milano Contract District and More+Space.

“Obviously, with the pandemic short-term rental demand has fallen off, but with the return to normality we are seeing surprising dynamism in the area of real estate investment,” Pascucci continues. “This project has made us think about the specific opportunity of providing our interior design management services for developments conceived to be sold to a growing target of investors, who see real estate as an income-producing asset, especially when it comes with a constellation of innovative ‘turnkey’ services, furnishings, a concierge and coordinated facility management.”
