The most important Italian tourism marketplace restarts its engines and sends a message of hope for the entire value chain in this sector. The Rimini Fair will welcome visitors from 13 to 15 October, for the event SIA Hospitality Design, organized by Italian Exhibition Group in coordination with TTG Travel Experience and SUN Beach&Outdoor Style. This marks the comeback of an opportunity for face-to-face business, depending on the ability to listen and respond to new needs that have emerged as a result of the pandemic.

SIA, in its full formula as a showcase of spaces and furnishings by design companies for the hotel sector, will also have a chance to celebrates its 70th birthday with newfound energy. The clusters proposed for this restart edition are based on the theme Be Confident and touch on sustainable mobility, luxury, technologies and services for the hotel sector and outdoor living. Life in the open air is one of the new hospitality concepts that has been redesigned with the greatest care. A large experiential space en plein air will be organized with furniture, pergolas, verandas and outdoor awnings.

Two exhibitions will reinforce the bond with outstanding interior architects, including the most innovative talents on the Italian scene: Mostra Rooms will host six mock-ups of hotel rooms, while Mostra Wellness, by the architect Simone Micheli, will offer an example of the importance of setting aside spaces for relaxation and individual wellbeing. To respond to the pressing need for safety in tourist facilities and hospitality structures, it will be necessary to get off on the right foot: all the related topics are covered in the Hotel in Motion exhibition, offering the latest solutions for hospitality, technological services and sanitization of spaces.
