Franke: the kitchen is no longer the same

Among the new developments from Franke, the most sophisticated technology is dressed up in exclusive design. The result is a new kitchen concept: professional and passionate

Technology takes the stage in the convivial setting par excellence. Its presence in the new collections for the kitchen offered by Franke continues to evolve, simplifying life and responding to contemporary needs. But there’s more. The very high performance goes hand in hand with an extremely sophisticated, elegant look. A mixture that seduces passionate chefs or aspiring ones, leading them into totally new experiences.

Atlas Neo Sensor by Franke

Atlas Neo Sensor by Franke

The new Atlas Neo Sensor touch-free mixer, for example, permits opening or closing of water flow without touching the unit, with a simple, immediate gesture, ensuring hygiene while offering extreme user comfort. An infrared sensor detects movement, for manual activation or with an impulse at a distance of up to 10 centimeters. This also leads to energy savings while limiting waste, thanks to the automatic setting of water flow to 30 seconds, and the possibility of preset temperature when the sensor is activated.

The operation of washing has been improved with the new sinks in Fragranite Black Matt, an elegant and extraordinarily strong material made by the company, in which the new Centro basins are lowered at the border from the classic 8 mm to 6 mm, for perfect, rapid flush mounting with the top; they pieces come in two sizes (54 and 73 cm) to adapt to all kitchens.

Mythos by Franke

For food preparation, Franke has created two high-performance gems, both included in the Mythos collection. Winners of the Red Dot Design Award 2021, the Full Steam ovens permit steam cooking to conserve the nutritional quality of foods while keeping their flavors intact. Chefs can also opt for combo cooking (steam and heat), to create healthy, light and tasty dishes. The ovens clean themselves in 35 minutes at 90° without the use of chemical detergents, simply by placing 200 cc of water inside.

The high-tech look with 3D effect of the new Mythos induction hobs enhances a completely intuitive technology: 8 cooking zones, double LCD touch-control display, Flex Pro zone (a single large cooking area) and the French Plaque zone (four differentiated areas). The ovens and induction hobs are equipped with the Cookassist function, a technology that helps users to make 63 automatic recipes, with a complete professional class A+ rating.
