A role that exists alongside that of Executive President assumed by the founder of the group, Pasquale Natuzzi, who will focus on long-term strategies, from reinforcement of the brand to further growth of its worldwide retail network.

With extensive experience in the sectors of retail, branded products and luxury products, and over 25 years of work in international corporations in the areas of strategy, digital development, retail, organization and supply chain, Antonio Achille arrives at Gruppo Natuzzi from McKinsey & Company, where he acted as a Senior Partner & Global Head of the luxury sector. In his new position, he will guide the implementation of the Strategic Plan and of all activities aimed at accelerating the growth of the group while improving its margins.
