Design Holding and Fendi have announced the launch of a new joint venture, Fashion Furniture Design (FF Design), for the business development of Fendi Casa, with Design Holding as the majority stakeholder.
The joint venture will be helmed, as CEO, by Alberto Da Passano, previously president of Fendi for Europe and the Middle East, with a mandate starting on 1 July 2021.
FF Design will cover all the phases of product research and development, marketing and distribution, thanks to the combination of the style and creativity of Silvia Venturini Fendi, art director for accessories and the menswear line, and the know-how of Design Holding, a group specialized in premium design.
FF Design is already developing the new Fendi Casa collections, which will make their debut in January next year, and during the Salone del Mobile 2022. The new products will be distributed by selected dealers and a network of new single-brand stores, also with the aim of offering interior design services and enhancing the customer experience.
