For short, medium or long-term rentals, the 35 residences on the 5 levels of Design Club Branded Apartments, together with the host building, are the result of a regeneration project overseen by Iosa Ghini Associati. A Renaissance structure from the 17th century in the center of Bologna, completely refurbished by the design for a total of 2000 sqm, revising the architecture and the interiors, for a high level of livability, quality and taste.

In each flat all the furnishings have been specially designed by the studio, with the exception of certain iconic pieces by the great masters of Made in Italy, and design works by the likes of Le Corbusier, Sapper, Jacobsen, Mollino, the Castiglioni brothers, Sottsass, Magistretti, all the way to contemporary talents like De Lucchi, Starck and Grcic. With the help of these items, the complex offers eight styles of great impact, making every interior suited to its occupants.
The styles are: Business, featuring essential rationalist components, in tune with the Bauhaus aesthetic; Industrial, personalized in terms of materials and rugged, functional finishes; Eco Chic, luminous and floral, brings out the use of natural wood for complements like the Leva lamp by Leucos or the historic seating by Carlo Mollino for Zanotta. Next comes a tribute to Emilia-Romagna, the land of motors, with Red Racing, with the Alo stool designed by Iosa Ghini for Ferrari in 2006 and produced by Poltrona Frau, as well as lacquer for the wood, high-tech finishes and fine leathers. The Extreme version references the streamlined look of the most aggressive racing cars, with a reference to the Pasadena school; Elegante evokes the style of the classic automakers, including Maserati, founded precisely here in Bologna.

Finally, the upper level contains Luxury flats, each with special design care, where fireplaces or terraces open to the rooftops of the historical center, with Jacuzzi tubs on the floor; and Eighties&Bolidism, the 1980s in a mixture of design objects from the Memphis movement and Bolidismo.
