Elie Saab at first glance

The new luxury furnishings brand Elie Saab Maison, allied with the Swiss CB Maison, gets off on the right foot with a collection designed by Carlo Colombo and a strategic vision ranging from brand management to branded real estate. The objective: immediate recognition

The haute couture house Elie Saab makes a big step, guided by the Lebanese fashion designer who has signed an agreement with the Swiss design and home décor company Corporate Brand Maison, entering the world of luxury after that of fashion. The range of action of the Swiss private equity company, providing outsourcing as a completely integrated division of the brand, is not limited to production and distribution of furnishings, but also has the objective of acting as a ‘hook’ to promote Corporate Brand’s activities, ranging from brand management to branded real estate, in complete projects.

The calling card is the first collection, entirely made in Italy and designed by Carlo Colombo, who has developed a fine series of furnishings inspired by the stylistic codes of the fashion house, nimbly translating the vision of the fashion creator into multiple décor typologies, from the living area to the bedroom to lighting.

Stand-out pieces include the Legacy sofa, featuring armrests in black nickel or brass with a brushed or bronze-plated finish, the Palace tables, with their references to Middle Eastern palaces, and the Dunes tables inspired by the harmonious forms assumed by sand in the desert. There is also the Byblos sofa with its harmonious proportions and volumes, which takes its name from one of the world’s most ancient cities, near Beirut, Elie Saab’s place of birth.
The exclusive forms are enhanced by immediately recognizable details, in tune with the delicate tones, warm shades of pale gray, petroleum and bordeaux of the Elie Saab Maison collection, which is quickly winning acclaim on various international markets.
