Euromobil opens its first flagship store in Milan

A showcase on Corso Monforte, but also a hub for encounters, cultural initiatives and cooking demonstrations

For design lovers, there’s a new address of interest in Milan: Corso Monforte 30/3, the first flagship store in the city of Gruppo Euromobil. The store will present all the new developments of the Euromobil brand, specialized in kitchens, but also the furnishings by the other brands of the group, Désirée and Zalf, as well as complements and fabrics.
The project by the studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez with the architect Roberto Gobbo sets out to create “a new place for a new era,” not just a showroom but also a hub for gathering, a dynamic place for cultural initiatives and cooking demonstrations.

Four large windows face the Milan design district, for a project based on lightness, convivial enjoyment and transparency, where the interiors have no visual dividers. The facility has two levels for a total area of 300 square meters, and a courtyard to use for events in the summer. “Known for its innovative kitchens Made in Italy, which blend design, culture and quality, Euromobil brings over 45 years of technological know-how and fine craftsmanship to this new showroom,” say the Lucchetta brothers, owners of the group. “A strategic opening for a store that acts as the commercial platform of the Veneto-based brand in the center of the historic economic capital of Italy, the cradle of worldwide design, and a prestigious reference point for professionals, to whom we offer a new opportunity to show clients our products in an ideal setting.”

A space that evokes the Venetian origins of the brand, with terrazzo floors on the upper level and others using the pastellone technique below: “All, obviously, reinterpreted in a contemporary way,” says the architect Roberto Gobbo, “in order to bring out our origins, alluding to the past but looking towards the future.”
