Contemporary jungle

In the Miami art district at Wynwood, Diesel unveils unconventional living. The Diesel Condominium residential project reinvents the idea of living amidst avant-garde design and industrial style

Amidst impressive murals spreading over old factories and abandoned warehouses, the Wynwood Walls museum and works of street art that change every six months, the lively district in constant evolution has become a true art promenade. In this charming setting Diesel has opened its own idea of living, immersed in a pertinent dialogue with flourishing local nature.

Diesel Condominium ADV Campaign

An ambitious project publicized with an unconventional campaign created by the agency SMALL, directed and photographed by Hernan Corera. 143 white t-shirts each reveal corresponding layouts of the habitat units opened in the Diesel Wynwood Condominium. The slogan? Buy the T-Shirt “F1-L6” for $1,599,000 and get a free apartment! Likewise, the “D6-L7” costs $1,049,000, and the “F2-L7” goes for about 5.5 million dollars… buy a t-shirt and get a new home, free of charge!

Diesel Condominium

In Diesel’s idea, living becomes an unprecedented sensory experience, perceived right from the facade of the new building made with black bricks, large windows and shaded finishes. An avant-garde touch that draws on postmodernism for its visionary, innovative look.

The eclectic building designed by Zyschovich Architects and developed by Bel Invest Group is immersed in a true private jungle – a tropical garden exclusively for residents – and brings the cosmopolitan character of Miami into every space, with its cultural vivacity, lush nature, crystalline light and industrial-archaeological charm.

These factors are also reinvented in the interior design of the apartments, paced by the vision of Diesel Living, amidst luminous spaces and furnishings with industrial overtones. Luxurious dwellings surrounded the exclusive amenities, with a focus on wellbeing and comfort, including a large swimming pool, a fitness center of the latest generation and an impressive lobby arranged as a true art gallery.

The residences of the Diesel Wynwood Condominium, including duplex penthouses and villas with panoramic private terraces, are in constant dialogue with the elements of nature. First of all the sparkling light of Miami that floods the interiors, masterfully multiplied thanks to color-shaded walls and reflecting surfaces. In a situation of seamless indoor-outdoor continuity, the wallpapers project the surrounding vegetation that is combined, in turn, with industrial materials like concrete, metal and gilded screening. In an unexpected interpenetration of the human touch and the wonders of nature.
