R Books

An original setting welcomes visitor into the showroom. A backlit installation recalls the cover of an enormous open book: it is the Opus bookcase that has been customized with new finishes and modularity specifically designed to house volumes on Bauhaus modernism, the use of color, the experimentalism of image, but also eminent biographies of Giò Ponti, Achille Castiglioni, Ettore Sottsass, and much more.

Perfectly in line with the essential aesthetics of the brand, R books evokes the atmosphere of the ancient niche bookstores, with a more contemporary twist: a meeting place that highlights the true essence of Rimadesio showroom as a community hub where culture and design mix spontaneously, giving life to projects always new and unconventional.
