Launched during the Salone del Mobile 2018, Golran has presented at Maison & Objet Garden of Eden, created by India Mahdavi, and Hunua by Piero Lissoni: collections of carpets that speak languages that are different, but equally effective. Without forgetting Memories, by the Florentine designer and artist Isabella Sodi.

The series of carpets designed by India Mahdavi, with the artistic direction of the Parisian studio Francesca Avossa, certifies the connection between the two collaborators inspired by the Persian garden and putting themselves to the task of interpreting a tradition that has common roots in the history of the brand and in the life of the designer of Iranian origin.
Garden of Eden is composed of two models, available in four colours, an homage to the four seasons. The works have been woven and hand-knotted with the highest quality wool.

To create Hunua Piero Lissoni has chosen a combination of embroidery, geometric lines and diverse weaves that have contributed to the realisation of an elegant mix of details of elevated workmanship. Six monochromatic carpets, of which the black version has been presented during Milano Design Week, are characterised by the high craftsmanship of the refined materials that comprise them, such as silk.

Lastly, the Memories collection by Isabella Sodi. The ingredients of the recipe used by the Florentine artist are natural colouring that is now and then combined with diverse, refined materials such as silk and wool. The result? Surprising effects that play with antique designs.
