MisuraEmme, an encore in Mexico

After its first opening in 2016, the brand, specialised in bespoke design, inaugurates a new space in Mexico City in the exclusive Lomas de Chapultepec neighbourhood

“We hare happy to export our savoir-faire abroad and, in particular, to Mexico, being one of the five emerging countries with the highest growth and potential.”
With these words Ottaviano Borgonovo, co-owner of MisuraEmme, launched the opening of the brand’s second space in Mexico City, after the one inaugurated in 2016.

Borgonovo then explained the reason why MisuraEmme has chosen to invest in the Mexican market: “The country shows a positive and dynamic trend that is constantly developing and that indicates a future full of opportunities for ‘Made in Italy’. Moreover, Italy is the third largest importer with €83 million. An unequivocal sign of the extent to which Italian design is admired and of its ability to transmit its value abroad, making it immediately recognisable.”

The opening of the showroom, located within the Benetti Casa space, in the exclusive Lomas de Chapultepec neighbourhood, is further sign of MisuraEmme’s growing strength and expansion. Occupying 250 sqm, visitors can admire some of the brand’s iconic pieces in a delicate and sophisticated atmosphere.

The products designed by Mauro Lipparini stand out, like the Michelle and Naos chairs, the Ermes armchair, and the Ghiroletto bed, accompanied by the famous Palo Alto walk-in closet by Gianni Borgonovo.
One of the company’s most representative examples of personalisation and tailor-made design also has a place in the ‘living’ area: the Urban system designed by Iriam Bettera. The elegant Gaudì and Ala tables designed by Ferruccio Laviani couldn’t be left out either.
