The evolution of Angelo Cappellini

The company, specialised in classic décor, has begun a company-wide reorganisation that includes the transition from a family-run structure to a managerial one

Panta rhei. Everything flows, changes, and develops. Like Angelo Cappellini & C. Srl, a leading company in the creation of classic décor, which recently began a reorganisation process: a medium and long-term strategy that includes the transition from an exclusively family-run structure to one that is management based.

The renewal involves the Cappellini brands, addressing its high-end and bespoke projects as well as Opera Contemporary, which satisfies modern stylistic needs without sacrificing quality.

Furthermore, Angelo Cappellini appointed a new general director, Fabio Merli: “Angelo Cappellini & C. Srl looks to the future and anticipates the dynamics of the sector with the goal of creating an integrated platform of products and services for residential design and large-scale contracting projects. I’m pleased to join an Italian company that is undergoing an organisational and cultural revision aimed at providing its clients and partners with improved service. It’s an enormous challenge,” explains Fabio Merli, “which will ultimately strengthen the brand and stimulate the desire to establish new commercial relationships.”

But that’s not all. The company’s structure welcomes two other important figures to the company: Gianluca Bianco is the new head of production and Stefano Zecca the new Brand & Marketing Manager, who will oversee product communication and the organisation and management of trade shows.
