In the quarry with AntonioLupi

The Tuscan brand gave guests the opportunity to visit the roots of its ‘identity’, which is dedicated to marble

At work with AntonioLupi. The well-known company that specializes in the creation of bathroom furniture products, in collaboration with the Luce di Carrara brand, offered guests and retailers the extraordinary ability to spend a day at the Cervaiole quarry, located on Monte Altissimo, admiring the art of the quarrymen at work.
This fascinating, educational experience does not happen every day. It allowed visitors to learn about the roots of the products that have enabled the Tuscan brand to establish itself in its sector.

At the start of the ‘50s, founder Antonio Lupi began producing crystal and glass. Soon after, he started to manufacture bathroom furniture products, marketed under the brand name Cristal Lupi Luxor. Since then, constant growth has led the company to success. In 2002, the minimalist collections of ceramic washbasins with essential geometric shapes culminated with the introduction of the material Corian® and the development of the idea of a complete, tailored bathroom. Marble products, such as Controverso®, helped to define AntonioLupi’s style and identity.

And that’s not all. AntonioLupi has opened the doors of its company and its 3300 sq m showroom in Stabbia (FI), which showcases all the new products for 2019. These include the Mayday tap designed by GI-RA, which was nominated for the Compasso d’Oro.
It was the company’s second consecutive nomination: last year, the Introverso washbasin, designed by Poalo Ulian, was selected.
