The four faces of Follow

At Orgatec Mara showcases the new collection of sit-stand tables available in different models: Bench, Desk, Tilting and Meeting

Follow, the new collection of sit-stand tables that Mara, historical Italian company specializing in the production of systems and furnishing elements, presents at Orgatec responds to the request for greater ergonomics on the workplace. Alternating sitting positions to standing positions during the working day is the most effective way to improve comfort and preserve people’s physical wellbeing, increasing their performance.

The heart of the project is a mechanical height adjustment system (from 680 to 1180 mm) in line with the European standard and can be operated by means of a handle placed under the table top. Follow guarantees silent movements, fast and in total safety thanks to the anti-shock system that automatically blocks the top when overloaded.

“The design concept of the work spaces is increasingly focused on caring for people.
We are satisfied with the result achieved with the collection of Follow tables because we are sure it will allow people to work better”, comments Laura Marchina, CEO of Mara.

The Follow table collection consists of four versions, including one with castors and a
tilting top, which respond to the multiple needs of the office environment and are ideal to be placed in meeting rooms, training, conference, libraries, open spaces and work environments in which frequent changes in the arrangement and organization are required.

The four versions will be presented in Cologne: Bench, two desktops joined together by a single painted metal frame, each with a height adjustment handle in reinforced nylon; Desk, Single working desk with painted metal frame, available in different sizes from 120 to 180 cm width; Tilting with a tilting top mounted on a frame with castors can easily be moved by one person and allows multiple tables to be stacked; Meeting with painted steel frame and round top available up to 160 cm in diameter, is ideal for meetings in office spaces but can also be used in meeting areas and convivial areas.
