Borzalino is a successful case history of how family management from generation to generation (it is currently run by the third generation) can be harmoniously combined with a market that offers an abundance of products, especially of so-called contemporary furniture.

Borzalino’s key strengths (referred to as “assets” in the modern economy) are its intimate knowledge of the materials with which it works, its belief in manual expertise and ability to successfully pass it on over the years, its capacity to combine the latest-generation machines with craftsmanship and its constant awareness of the changing tastes of consumers.

A notable example is the New Kap sofa, which could be described as a classic-style classic. The sofa has a clean design that meets the expectations of the residential public who love contemporary style and are not averse to a classic touch in their domestic environment.

MERIDIAN, the tables by Borzalino designed by Andrea Andretta

All the proposals of Borzalino in recent years have that mix between past and present that conquers: from the bookstores Gordon and Kris, passing from the numerous armchairs (Diva, Mia and Sean just to name a few) to get to the area of accessories with Meridian (by Andrea Andretta) tables and Curzio and the Clio and Gea poufs. Curzio, Franklin, Mia and Kiss are the work of Carlo Bimbi, historical designer of the sector and Borzalino.
