Host. Hospitality at the center

From October 23 to 27, in Fiera Milano Rho, the 39th edition of Host - a showcase for excellence HoReCa chains, foodservice, retail, retail distribution and hospitailty - will open its doors. All the figures are in growth

More than 2,000 exhibitors from 47 countries (+ 17% and + 26% compared to the previous edition), 14 halls occupied (two more than last year) and about 135,000 expected visitors from 60 countries. These are the numbers of the 39th edition of Host-International Hospitality Exhibition, a showcase for excellence HoReCa chains, foodservice, retail, retail distribution and hospitailty which opens on October 23 to 27 in FieraMIlano Rho.

New formats, technologies and lifestyle will be presented through three macro areas which form the unique exhibition concept, the one comprising Coffee/Tea (including SIC –the International Coffee Event), Bar/Coffee machines/Vendingand Gelato-Pastry plays a key role, together with the areas focusing on Food Service Equipment and Bread/Pasta/Pizza and Furniture and Tableware.

 With dozens of events hosted and organized, Host is definitely the trendsetter for the hospitality industry worldwide. A role recognized by the visitors and the exhibitors that will be out in force from the main countries leading manufacturer for the food service, the ice cream shop, furnishing and contract. All of these have in fact increased the presence at Host: Germany 25%, France 27%, Spain 27%, Switzerland 29%, Netherlands + 25%, UK 20% and even + 50% for Austria and + 57% for Portugal. The United States grew by 29% thanks to the inclusion of HostMilano by the Department of Commerce (US Commercial Service), in the small circle of international events where the US is present with a stand official.

In addition, under the draft Export South, HostMilano ICE will support the Agency in an incoming mission of about 90 top buyers from dynamic areas such as Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark), the Maghreb (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia), Central and Oriental Europe (Germany, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary), USA, Australia and Brazil. The meetings with companies will be facilitated by the platform Expo Matching Program, the system of Fiera Milano that the last year has organized 38,400 targeted events.
